Dream Advertising Effective Date: June 29, 2024
1. General Policy
All services provided by Dream Advertising (“we”, “us”, “our”, “the Company”) through dreamadvertising.gr are non-refundable. Once a service has been ordered, confirmed, and work has commenced, no refunds — full or partial — will be issued for any amounts paid, except where explicitly required by mandatory provisions of Greek or European Union law.
2. Why We Operate a No-Refund Policy
Our services (including but not limited to digital advertising campaign management, marketing consulting, creative production, and related deliverables) involve the immediate allocation of time, labor, media budgets, third-party platform fees, and other resources from the moment an order is confirmed. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds once work has begun.
3. Cancellations
- Clients may request to cancel an ongoing service (e.g., a monthly retainer) for future billing periods by providing written notice, in accordance with the notice period specified in the applicable service agreement.
- Cancellation does not entitle the Client to a refund for services already rendered or already in progress, nor for any portion of a billing period that has already commenced.
- Any third-party costs already incurred on the Client’s behalf (e.g., ad spend, licensing fees) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the matter directly is considered a breach of the agreement between the Client and the Company, and we reserve the right to pursue the amount owed through appropriate means.
5. Errors or Non-Delivery
If the Company fails to deliver a service that was paid for and confirmed, and such failure is solely attributable to the Company, the Client may contact us to discuss an appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis. This does not constitute a general right to a refund and is assessed individually.
6. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any statutory rights the Client may have under mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by agreement, to the extent such laws apply to the Client’s engagement with the Company.
