  • Creative production and content development
  • Website and landing page support

4. Order & Engagement Process

  1. Request/Consultation: The Client submits a request for services via the website, email, or another agreed channel.
  2. Proposal/Quote: The Company issues a proposal or quote outlining the scope of work, timeline, and pricing.
  3. Confirmation: The engagement is confirmed once the Client approves the proposal in writing (including by email) and, where applicable, makes any required upfront payment.
  4. Commencement: Work begins only after confirmation and receipt of any required information, assets, or payment from the Client.

5. Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of the proposal or order confirmation.
  • Timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors such as delayed feedback, missing materials, third-party platform approval times (e.g., ad platform reviews), or scope changes requested by the Client.
  • Ongoing services (e.g., monthly campaign management) are delivered on a continuous basis in accordance with the agreed service period, typically billed and renewed monthly unless otherwise agreed.

6. Client Responsibilities

To enable timely delivery, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information, brand assets, access credentials, and approvals in a timely manner
  • Respond to requests for feedback or clarification within a reasonable timeframe
  • Ensure that any content or materials provided to the Company do not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law

Delays caused by the Client’s failure to meet these responsibilities may extend delivery timelines accordingly.

7. Revisions & Amendments

  • The number of included revisions, if any, will be specified in the applicable proposal or order.
  • Requests for changes to the agreed scope of work may be treated as a new order and may incur additional charges and revised timelines.

8. Communication

All service-related communication is conducted primarily via email or another channel agreed upon with the Client, to ensure a clear record of instructions, approvals, and deliverables.

9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures of third-party platforms, internet outages, or other events of force majeure.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability in connection with the provision of services is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Greek or EU law.

11. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece.
